Those are the unmodified PDFs I received from CENTCOM. But note that the second of these, “Pgs321 640”, has some kind of formatting error on page 441, which prevents the document from displaying correctly.
So I’ve created three smaller files in which the content of “Pgs321 640” can be viewed more easily:

Note that this material consists of two files, as it arrived in satisfaction of two separate Freedom of Information requests.
Part 1 (“Introduction”) and Part 2 (“Incident Account”) comprise 10 pages, released in June 2024.
Part 3 (“Lessons Learned”) comprises three pages plus a one-page cover letter, released in March 2024.
